Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: Palanpur, Gujarat
Experience: 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with around 1 year of experience to support our HR and recruitment operations in Palanpur, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

• Track attendance, leave, and employee information.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS reports.

• Support employee engagement and grievance-related activities.

• Assist in payroll inputs and salary-related documentation.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Perform other day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to maintain HR records and prepare reports.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

• Professional approach and strong follow-up skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Around 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment.

• Candidates with experience in recruitment and employee coordination will be preferred.
