HR Executive

Location: Bangalore Reporting To: Branch Manager Job Summary We are seeking an active and responsible HR Recruiter for our Bangalore branch. The recruiter will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be primarily responsible for recruitment activities and supporting hiring needs of the branch. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Report to and coordinate with the Branch Manager for all recruitment-related activities • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for the Bangalore branch • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct calling • Screen profiles and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads • Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring status reports • Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining • Support basic onboarding formalities Requirements • Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred) • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply) • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus) • Ability to work independently on hiring targets • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals Salary ■15,000 – ■20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
