We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other hiring platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.

• Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.

• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

• Coordinate training and learning & development activities.

• Ensure HR compliance and adherence to company policies.

• Build and maintain a strong employer brand.

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess any of the following qualifications:

Postgraduate Degrees (Preferred)

• MBA (Human Resource Management)

• MBA (Marketing)

• MBA (Finance)

• MBA (Operations)

• MBA (Business Analytics)

• MBA (International Business)

• MBA (General Management)

• PGDM

• Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)

• Master of Commerce (M.Com)

Undergraduate Degrees

• BBA

• BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies)

• B.Com

• BBM (Bachelor of Business Management)

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management

• Bachelor in Business Administration

• Any other Business, Commerce, or Management-related degree

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong recruitment and interviewing skills

• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring portals

• MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

• Organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• 0–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
