Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate offers and assist with salary discussions where required.

• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Meet individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.

• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

• Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
