Involved in Sourcing for Multiple Requirements

Maintaining tracker sheets:requirement wise for candidates sourced

Continuous follow-up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.

Submission of shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and arranging interviews.
