Job Description – HR Associate (Compliance)

Position: HR Associate
Location: K V Shah and Associates
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2 to 3 Year

Job Summary

The HR Associate – Compliance will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements applicable to establishments and factories. The role includes maintaining statutory records, supporting HR compliance activities, coordinating with clients and government authorities, and ensuring timely statutory filings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Good knowledge of Labour Laws and HR Compliance.
Understanding of Factories Act / factory compliance and statutory requirements.
Knowledge of the New Labour Codes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel and visit client locations/factories as required.
