As a Frontend Business Consultant, you will work directly with business owners at their premises, identify operational challenges, prepare action plans, and implement business improvement solutions through regular client visits.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned client locations as per the monthly travel schedule.

Build professional relationships with business owners and management teams.

Understand the client's current business operations.

Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.

Prepare practical action plans based on business requirements.

Implement approved solutions during every client visit.

Guide and train client employees on new processes and systems.

Review implementation progress and resolve operational issues.

Coordinate with the Backend Team for documentation, reporting, and follow-up.

Submit visit reports, action plans, and implementation updates on time.

Ensure client satisfaction through continuous support and regular reviews.

Travel Requirement

Travel approximately 22 days per month.

Client locations include (but are not limited to):

Erode

Coimbatore

Chennai

Thanjavur

Pattukottai

Chidambaram

Mannargudi

Krishnagiri

Other assigned locations across Tamil Nadu.
