హెచ్‌ఆర్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్

We are looking for an HR Executive who will own the people function end to end — from hiring the right talent to keeping our team motivated, structured and compliant. You will be the first dedicated HR hire at the agency, which means high ownership and direct visibility with the founder.

What You Will Do

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

— Source, screen and close candidates across roles: performance marketers, SEO specialists, Shopify developers, designers and account managers

— Manage job postings on LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms

— Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer rollouts

Onboarding and Offboarding

— Design and run structured onboarding for every new hire

— Manage exit interviews and smooth offboarding processes

Payroll and Compliance Coordination

— Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts team

— Maintain attendance, leave records and statutory compliance basics (PF, ESIC, PT)

Performance and Appraisals

— Assist in running quarterly and annual appraisal cycles

— Track KPIs and help managers with performance documentation

HR Policies and Culture

— Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, NDAs and employment agreements

— Drive team engagement, culture initiatives and employee satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

— 1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital agency, startup or D2C brand environment

— Comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment for creative and technical roles

— Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Keka or Zoho People (any HRMS)

— Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

— High ownership mindset — you will be running this function largely independently

— Based in or willing to commute to Virar West, Mumbai
