HR Executive - Textile Industry
We're seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in the textile industry. As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and update HR policies
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in textile industry
- MBA in HR or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
