Freshers from BCom, MBA , MSW background.

Kannada language mandatory.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.

• Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:
