HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with hands-on experience in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

• Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns.

• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.

• Manage joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.

• Candidates with experience in healthcare/wellness or corporate environments will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
