Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Thane / Dadar/Borivali
Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals and other channels
Screen and shortlist profiles as per requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain HR reports and recruitment data

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of recruitment life cycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualification:

BMS / BBA / Any Graduate
