About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and successful candidate closures for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.

2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and databases.

3. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.

4. Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.

5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

6. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

7. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

8. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

9. Ensure positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

10. Meet assigned recruitment closure targets and hiring deadlines.

11. Ensure successful candidate joining and post-placement follow-ups.

12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4. Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.

5. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email communication.

6. Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Qualifications

1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. Freshers are welcome to apply.

3. Experience in a Recruitment Agency or Placement Consultancy will be an added advantage.

1. Self-motivated and eager to learn.

2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
