Job Title: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Hiring: Source and interview candidates for sales and counseling roles.
Onboarding: Handle joining formalities and document collection for new staff.
Attendance: Manage daily staff attendance and leave records.
Operations: Support the management in daily office administration and employee queries.
Data Management: Maintain employee files and basic payroll data.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years in HR or Recruitment (Freshers with good communication can apply).
Education: Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred).
Skills: Basic MS Excel, Good communication, and People Management.
Languages: English & Kannada (Mandatory).
