We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a domestic BPO call center. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for customer support and backend roles while ensuring quick turnaround time and quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic BPO positions (Voice/Non-Voice processes)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic rounds
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Schedule and manage interview processes and follow-ups
Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics
Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in interview campaigns
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Build a strong pipeline for high-volume hiring needs
Maintain employer branding and candidate experience
