HR Executive – Core Role (TA, L&D & Employee Engagement)
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
· End-to-end recruitment with hands-on experience in HR TA software.
· Responsible for background verification (BGV) and ensuring effective hiring & onboarding through the HR portal.
· Planning, coordinating, and scheduling candidate interviews with respective line managers.
· Ensuring pre-employment medical check-ups are completed before joining.
· Ensuring smooth joining formalities for all new hires.
· Preparing and uploading payroll inputs for new joiners.
· Supporting Head HR, Manager HR & TA team in manpower planning, budgeting, and recruitment status updates.
· Preparing and sharing weekly and monthly manpower MIS.
2. Learning & Development
· Effective implementation and coordination of capability development programs as per the L&D calendar.
· Coordination of annual learning needs—including Training Needs Identification, classroom programs, and webinars.
· Monthly L&D calendar preparation and MIS reporting of all initiatives.
3. Employee Engagement & Site HR Initiatives
· Ensuring effective implementation of the Suggestion Scheme at the site.
· Leading and coordinating employee engagement activities.
· Acting as the Employee Connect SPOC for the site.
