Job Summary:

Mfolks Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and responsible Human Resource Executive to

manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and HR

operations. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple

HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate onboarding and employee induction programs

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Handle attendance and leave management

• Assist in payroll coordination and compliance processes

• Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations

• Support performance management and appraisal processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum experience required: 1 to 3 years in Human Resources

• Bachelor degree in commerce background

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
