We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in attendance and leave management
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
Address employee queries and support grievance handling
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Coordinate training and development programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws and recruitment practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills
Experience with payroll and HRMS tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
