Mandot Securities Private Limited is looking for an HR Executive to join our Ujjain Branch and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring, and supporting day-to-day recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates through job portals and online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct candidate background verification when required.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Support future hiring requirements of the branch.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in HR/Recruitment
Good knowledge of resume databases and sourcing techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
Candidates should be comfortable with 6 days working.
Salary & Growth
In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
