HR Executive – Solar Company

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our fast-growing solar company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, calling, interviews)

Coordinate with candidates for hiring & onboarding

Maintain employee records, attendance & documentation

Manage employee engagement & HR activities

Handle joining formalities, offer letters & exit process

Support daily HR operations and compliance

Requirements:

Hiring Candidate and Interview Attend

Graduate (HR preferred)

2–4 years experience in HR

Good communication & coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR processes

Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
