We are looking for proactive and result-oriented HR Executives to drive aggressive recruitment and manage day-to-day HR operations for our NEXA showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Drive aggressive recruitment for sales, customer relations, administration, and other dealership positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and recruitment drives.
Manage interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and timely joining.
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and recruitment trackers.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, retention, and exit formalities.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and applicable labour compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3–10 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Automotive dealership or retail recruitment experience preferred.
Strong sourcing, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high-volume recruitment.
