Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit candidates for IT & Non-IT roles using job portals, databases, and social media
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Perform candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verification
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements
• Any graduate / undergraduate (HR or related field preferred)
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter (freshers may also apply)
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
