Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for branch and head office positions

• Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and documentation

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees

• Manage attendance, leave records, and regularization process

• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

• Prepare HR reports, letters, circulars, and notices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment

• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR processes

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Forms

• Organized, responsible, and people-friendly

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in NBFC / Microfinance / Corporate HR is an added advantage

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
