We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, overseeing payroll processes, coordinating with employees and clients, and conducting regular visits to client factories and workplaces to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Process and manage payroll accurately and on time.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and related HR activities.
Visit client factories and work sites to coordinate HR operations and address workforce-related matters.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support day-to-day HR functions.
