Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a leading solar panel and lithium battery manufacturing company in India, committed to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Palwal factory.
The Factory HR Executive will be responsible for handling HR operations, statutory compliance, attendance & payroll coordination, worker engagement, and smooth functioning of HR processes at the manufacturing plant. The role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of factory labor laws.
Hiring of factory workers, supervisors, technicians, and contract labor.
Coordinate interviews with plant heads and department managers.
Conduct joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee personal files and onboarding records.
Coordinate induction and safety training programs.
Manage biometric attendance and leave records.
Maintain shift schedules and overtime records.
Coordinate payroll inputs with HO payroll team.
Ensure timely salary processing for workers and staff.
Maintain leave, absenteeism, and overtime reports.

ESIC & PF
Minimum Wages Act
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Contract Labour Act
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Coordinate with government inspectors during audits.
Ensure contractor compliance documentation.
Address worker grievances and maintain discipline.
Ensure smooth communication between workers and management.
Promote healthy work culture in factory.
Monitor absenteeism and take corrective actions.
Support in conflict resolution and warning letters if required.
Maintain HR MIS and monthly reports.
Issue letters (Appointment, Warning, Increment, Confirmation, etc.).
Manage exit formalities, FNF coordination, and exit interviews.
Maintain contract labor data and vendor coordination.
Ensure uniform & safety compliance tracking.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Celebrate festivals and monthly recognition programs.
Support health & safety initiatives.
Coordinate medical check-ups if required.
Knowledge of factory HR operations.
Understanding of labor laws & statutory compliances.
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Strong coordination & problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle blue-collar workforce.
MS Excel knowledge for reports & payroll inputs.
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
1–2 years of experience in factory/manufacturing HR role.
