Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Use job portals, social media, and internal databases for sourcing candidates
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker
HR Generalist Activities:
Handle employee onboarding & induction processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance team
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
Support performance management and appraisal cycles
Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
