Hiring for HR Executive/Generalist (Manufacturing company)

Job Description- 

1. HR Operations & Discipline Support

• Attendance, leave, overtime, and shift tracking • Employee joining, exit, and documentation • Monthly one-on-one employee interactions and feedback capture • Identification and documentation of discipline-related issues • Drafting of warnings and explanations (only through HR & Admin Head)

2. Recruitment Coordination (All Departments) • Coordinate hiring requirements for all departments • Source candidates locally and regionally • Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups • Coordinate joining formalities • Maintain a basic recruitment tracker (Final hiring decisions will be taken by Management)

3. Admin, Office & Shopfloor Management

• Office and shopfloor housekeeping coordination • Vendor and service provider follow-ups • Office assets, stationery, and utilities management • Ensure cleanliness and basic discipline on the shopfloor

4. Compliance & Payments Support

• Coordination of:

o Property tax payments

o Electricity and utility bills

• Maintain payment records and documentation • PF / ESIC / labor compliance coordination through consultants • Tracking of statutory renewals, registers, and records

5. Property & Facility Management

• Administrative coordination for Director-owned properties • Vendor coordination and bill payments • Ensure smooth upkeep and documentation

6. Equipment & AMC Coordination

• Admin-side coordination for:

o Air compressors

o Overhead cranes

o Utility equipment

• Coordinate AMC setup and service schedules with Operations • Maintain service and AMC records

7. Events & Internal Activities

• Coordinate logistics for:

o Exhibitions

o Vendor and customer meets

o Internal cultural and bonding activities • Handle arrangements and execution support

8. Additional Responsibilities

• Any other reasonable HR, Admin, or coordination work assigned by Management or the HR & Admin Head shall be part of the role • Flexibility and an execution mindset are mandatory

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
