🚨 We're Hiring: HR Coordinator | Patna, Bihar 🚨
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Patna.

📍 Location: Patna, Bihar (On-site)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🎯 Experience: 6 months to 1 year
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Attendance, leave and overtime management
✅ Payroll coordination and data verification
✅ UAN generation and PF/ESIC support
✅ Manpower handling and deployment
✅ Recruitment: sourcing, screening and shortlisting
✅ Interview coordination and scheduling
✅ Employee induction and onboarding
✅ Vendor and manpower supplier coordination
✅ Manpower tracking and HR reports
Requirements:
🔹 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or an admin/HR coordination role
🔹 Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
🔹 Basic knowledge of attendance, payroll, PF/ESIC and UAN
🔹 Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
🔹 Good communication in Hindi and English
🔹 Must be based in Patna or willing to relocate
