Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting induction for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Compliance
:
Assisting with payroll processing, managing attendance/leave systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws

Records & Reporting: Maintaining employee records (HRIS), updating databases, and preparing HR reports.
Performance & Development: Supporting the performance appraisal process and identifying training needs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in HRIS/MS Office.
