Job Description – HR Executive
Company: Team Works
Location: Indore
Position: HR Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR / BBA in HR
Salary: 25000 to 30000
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain and update HR documentation and employee records.
Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs with accounts/management.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and induction process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
