Job Title: HR Executive (CA Firm)
Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end HR operations for our CA firm, including hiring, onboarding, attendance/leave tracking, employee documentation, and basic HR compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment for audit/tax/accounts and support roles
Onboarding, letters, employee records, HR documentation
Attendance, leave and HR MIS reporting
Coordinate appraisals, training and engagement activities
Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance (as applicable)
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA (HR preferred)
1–2 years HR experience / Fresher (professional services/CA firm preferred)
Good communication, Excel skills, strong confidentiality and discipline
