JOB DESCRIPTION – HR cum Admin Executive

Job Title: HR cum Admin Executive

Experience : 1–3 Years

Location : Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad

Salary : ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations and administrative activities, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave management and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee files and HR records.

Handle attendance, leave and employee data.

Coordinate recruitment, interviews and candidate follow-ups.

Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation and experience letters.

Handle employee queries and exit formalities.

Assist with payroll inputs and HR documentation.

Manage office administration, stationery, housekeeping and maintenance.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Maintain administrative records and office assets.

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of HR & administration.

Good communication skills.

MS Office knowledge, especially Excel & Word.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
