We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Krishna Roadways to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and office administrative activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate and communicate with office staff and field employees.
Manage and monitor field work, staff activities, and daily reporting.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Handle basic accounting and data-entry work in Tally.
Maintain office records, documents, invoices, and other important data.
Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Follow up with field staff and ensure assigned work is completed on time.
Assist management with daily reports, MIS, and operational requirements.
Handle employee queries and support general HR activities.
Ensure proper coordination between management, office staff, and field teams.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.

Preferred Candidate
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, operations, or office management preferred.
Candidates with experience handling both office and field staff will be preferred.
Must be comfortable with occasional field visits and coordination.
