Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and referrals. - Complete all employee joining formalities. - Verify and maintain employee records and documentation. - Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. - Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance and overtime.
