HR Executive

We’re Hiring – HR Executive / HR Fresher

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment support (resume screening, candidate calling, interview scheduling)

Job postings on portals, social media & internal databases

Coordination with candidates and hiring managers

Maintaining candidate data and HR records

Offer letter preparation, joining formalities & documentation support

Day-to-day HR activities and reporting

Basic HR operations support

🔹 Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn recruitment & HR processes

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office

Positive attitude & good coordination skills

Ability to work under targets (for recruitment-related work)

🔹 Qualification:

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred but not mandatory)

Freshers with an HR internship or certification will be an added advantage

💰 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

🗓 Working Days:

6 Days Working

Sunday – Fixed Off
