We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates from job portals

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Handle employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain attendance and employee records

Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements

Assist in employee engagement activities

Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed

Prepare basic HR reports and maintain databases

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
