Source, screen, and hire warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors).
Coordinate with manpower agencies/vendors.
Conduct joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
Maintain attendance records (biometric/manual).
Process payroll including PF, ESIC, TDS, LWF compliance.
Resolve salary-related queries.
Organize team-building activities and welfare programs.
Address grievances and disciplinary issues.
Maintain employee records and HRIS.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR documents (offer letters, promotion letters, relieving letters).
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
0–2 years of HR Generalist experience.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
