Key Responsibilities
Conduct and manage MACE Audits.
Handle VSA (Vendor/Supplier Assessment) requirements and documentation.
Conduct employee induction and joining training.
Maintain HR records and audit-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Identify gaps during audits and prepare corrective action plans.
Coordinate with different departments for audit compliance.
Maintain training records, attendance, and employee documentation.
Support internal and customer/vendor audits.
Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
