Job Description – Human Resources (HR) Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR documentation, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role contributes to building a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

• Support performance management, employee appraisals, and feedback processes.

• Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally.

• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

• Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll-related activities.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.

• Organize employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports and support other administrative activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, office-based role.

• May require coordination with multiple departments and occasional training sessions.
