Job Title: HR Executive - Recruitment & Statutory

Job Description:

We are looking for an urgent and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team at KEG HR. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and basic statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Requirement: Understand staffing needs and job roles directly from clients.

• Sourcing & Posting: Create attractive job posts for social media and job portals to attract matching profiles.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and close positions efficiently.

• Placement: Align selected candidates and successfully place them at suitable client locations.

• Statutory Compliance: Handle basic HR statutory and compliance duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR recruitment / consultancy.

• Commitment: Must sign / agree to a 2-year service commitment (Service Bond/Continuity).

• Gender: Any gender (Male / Female / Others) are welcome to apply.

• Skills: Excellent communication, sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Job portals, Social Media), and interview coordination.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
