HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales (SO, SSO, ASM, RSM), Plant Staff, Quality, Accounts, and Support roles

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare hiring plans

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, field hiring, and consultants

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers

• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring trackers

• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities

• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining

• Support HR operations like attendance, documentation, and compliance (if required)

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)

• Experience in field sales hiring is an advantage

• Ability to handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR portals

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in Animal Feed / Agriculture / FMCG / Rural Market hiring

• Knowledge of sales hierarchy and plant manpower requirements

Reporting To

HR Manager / HR Head
