We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at at Kalyani Motors Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹28000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Processing attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Supporting performance appraisal and employee engagement programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinating training and development programs.
• Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Assisting with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
• Good experience in END to END HR Operations
• Handing Joining formalities, inductions, onboardings, Attendance, Payroll, Bonus, Gratuity, ESIC & PF Exit Formalities & Grievance.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Typical Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (BBA, BBM or similar).
• MBA/PGDM/ MSW in Human Resources is often preferred.
• 1–2years of HR experience for entry-level executive roles.
