Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR activities while supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Maintain employee files and digital records.
Statutory Compliance
Coordinate PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory registers and HR compliance documentation.
Support labour law compliance activities.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances professionally.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Organize induction and orientation programs.
Support disciplinary procedures and HR policies.
Performance Management
Assist in employee performance appraisal process.
Maintain appraisal documentation.
Support increment and promotion processes.
HR Administration
Draft HR letters including Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Appreciation, Promotion, and Relieving Letters.
Coordinate employee documentation.
Support audits and ISO/FSSC documentation wherever applicable.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Labour Laws.
Payroll coordination knowledge.
Recruitment expertise.
HRMS software experience (Qandle or similar preferred).
Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Professional attitude and high integrity.
Preferred Additional Skills
Hands-on experience in handling FSSAI, BRCGS, SEDEX, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, or similar food industry audits.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), HACCP awareness, and food safety documentation.
Ability to maintain audit documentation and coordinate cross-functional compliance activities.
Strong documentation, record management, and analytical skills.
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
BBA/B.Com with relevant HR experience may also apply.
Experience
Minimum: 3 Years
Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industry will be preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience, knowledge, and interview performance)
Working Days
Monday to Saturday
