The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee attendance, managing payroll, handling employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily employee attendance and leave records.

• Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll processing.

• Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.

• Handle employee joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.

• Support recruitment and coordinate interviews when required.

• Manage employee queries and resolve routine HR-related concerns.

• Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.

• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and employees.

• Coordinate with management and employees for day-to-day HR activities.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR documentation.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
