We (K9HR SOLUTIONS, Riya Khushalani (HR Manager) - +91 9106225460 | Email ID: hr023.k9hrs@gmail.com) are looking for an HR Executive (Male) to support day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment activities, and employee onboarding. The role will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth and organized HR processes. Success in this position means maintaining accurate records, completing HR activities on time, and providing effective support to employees and management.

Location: Gondal Road, Rajkot

Experience: 1–2 Years

Gender: Only Male candidates are preferred

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily attendance, leave records, and employee information.

• Coordinate payroll and salary-related activities.

• Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and internal records.

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports using MS Excel.

• Respond to routine employee queries and coordinate with management.

• Support day-to-day HR administration and operational activities.

• Ensure HR records and documentation are maintained accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Basic understanding of attendance and payroll processes.

• Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR activities.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
