The HR Executive will handle day-to-day human resource activities in the manufacturing unit, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff positions
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations
Assist in performance management processes
Coordinate training and development activities
Maintain statutory registers and documentation (ESIC, PF, etc.)
Support audits and inspections related to HR compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–6+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling shop floor employees
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
