Own the core execution of HR at ScriptoFi while shaping how the company is experienced by candidates, employees, and the market. This role combines hiring discipline, people operations, LinkedIn-led employer presence, and culture-building.
Key Responsibilities
Lead candidate screening, shortlisting, and first-round interviews.
Evaluate candidates on role fit, communication, attitude, and alignment.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback closure, follow-ups, and joining flow.
Own onboarding, employee records, documentation, letters, and HR coordination.
Maintain accurate HR data and workflows in Zoho HRMS.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations with speed, structure, and accountability.
Manage ScriptoFi’s LinkedIn presence from an employer branding lens.
Create and publish hiring, culture, team, and workplace content.
Build a strong candidate experience across every hiring touchpoint.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal culture events.
Support leadership and hiring managers with hiring readiness and process discipline.
Use Generative AI tools to improve communication, content, coordination, and execution quality.
Track key hiring and HR metrics and maintain strong follow-through.
Continuously improve HR processes, communication standards, and employer brand output.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong capability in candidate screening and first-round interview handling.
Experience in onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMS or similar systems.
Good understanding of LinkedIn-led employer branding and people communication.
Experience in planning employee engagement or culture initiatives.
Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their practical use in HR work.
Strong communication, judgment, ownership, and execution discipline.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Startup, tech, or Web3 experience preferred.
