We are looking for a Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback
Support offer closure and candidate joining
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Interview potential candidates and collect their documents
Do an initial screening of candidates and check for suitability
