Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Location: Okhla Phase-1
Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage onboarding, exits, attendance, and leave
Support payroll inputs and HR compliance
Address employee HR-related queries

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1–3 years experience in HR recruitment & operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge preferred

Location: Okhla Phase-1
