Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at Ip Courier And Logistics Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Source, engage, and screen candidates via online portals, cold calling, and social media. Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
Interviews & Assessments: Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, evaluate tests, and shortlist candidates matching company requirements.
HR Operations & Data: Handle payroll management inputs, maintain employee records, and utilize HRMS tools effectively.
Employee Lifecycle: Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and employee query resolution.
Requirements:
Qualification: Post Graduate and above.
Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience in Recruiting, HR, or Administration.
Skills: Proficiency in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing, Payroll Management, HRMS, Cold Calling, and general computer operations.
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
Working Schedule: 6 days working (Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM).
